Long time, no see!

Hi all! How is everyone? Well, I hope! I was scouting around being nosy and noticed I got a few comments and messages! I truly appreciate it!! This motivates me to continue writing!

Life has had its fair share of challenges, so I am very thankful for creative outlets such as this one. I try not to get angry about things that don't matter, but I'm human. I had a heart attack scare several months ago, and I had to let go of so many people and say no to a lot of things. Please be honest with yourselves, and stay away from people who don't keep you encouraged!!

Despite this not being the happiest of years , and a very un-seasoned holiday personally, I hope you all are having a great holiday ! Also, thank you to all the new readers that have been sending me messages and positivity! I keep saying I'm going to continue my fanfictions, but somehow, life keeps distracting me and getting in the way. I will be taking time off work very soon, so I will have a clear mind to write, again! Take care !

Hello my loves !!!!! It's been a while since we've talked! How are you all ? Work had been consuming a lot of my time and physical energy. I would come home totally exhausted, damn near falling asleep in my writing chair. I figured out what the culprit was ( extended morning cardio before going to work). A small change in my pre-workout diet and healthy snacks at work to keep my energy up have helped that issue. I've also had to cut back on my strawberry salads from Publix because I was getting sick....I think the strawberries had been sitting too long, despite being sealed tightly. Big News and I'm Thankful!!!

Hello my loves... I have big news. As of last week, I am the number 1 Skincare Expert in THE REGION....not the district, but the REGION!!!!! I over exceeded the sales goal by over 200 percent!!!! I am so humbled and I damn near screamed. You all know of what all I have gone through with this job...and to see what can happen when you have people pushing you and encouraging you it's amazing!!!! It took me 8 years to get this far, but it was worth it. I just want to thank you all for always listening, and sending words of encouragement!!!

Hello all! It's been a minute! I have been so busy at work. So busy, that for three weeks in a row, I exceeded the store's service sales goal :) The district manager congratulated me, and I was mentioned during a store conference call. I went from being low on totem pole, to climbing a bit higher. Now, everyone wants to know my secret. I am very humbled by this development. I am being treated better by the semi-new management staff. I am receiving very positive, encouraging re-enforcement. I come to work with a smile instead of dread. Hello All! Just took a peek at the upgraded site...don't know I feel about just yet. Damn, everything is changing around me. So...my store is in a new building as of September 24th and it is beautiful. I got promoted to Skin Care expert and I have my own space....until they decide to bring in a part timer, but seeing as it's slow lately, I'm not too worried about that. After seven years of working in the lamest mall in the US, I feel so free. It's a different crowd of people coming through, too.
